Rook Coffee travels to coffee-growing regions of the world to learn about coffee and choose the best. My coffee was delivered promptly in attractive packaging, and tastes sublime.

Coffee is great. Only suggestion…make sure the coffee being sent to us has enough insulation around bottles to keep it cool or cold in transit during this hot weather. Ordering is very easy! Product is wonderful!

My shipment was literally lost in a day after shipping. This was the 2nd time in a year that my shipment was lost. And given I wasn't helped till a week after the shipment the flavor I ordered sold out.so no chance for a year to get a favorite flavor Customer service was fine. Because this is the 2nd problem I've had with Rook shipments I am not going to order from Rook online. I'll find another coffee company as it's not worth the hassle. I don't live close enough to a store.
