I ordered two roof lights from Roof-Lights for a time-critical roofing project and was repeatedly reassured - both by email and by phone on multiple occasions - that delivery was confirmed for the agreed week. On the day of delivery, nothing arrived. After chasing, I discovered that no delivery had actually been arranged and the units had been allocated to another customer. I was then told there was no possibility of delivery that week and no confirmed alternative date. This left me with builders already on site and no practical option but to urgently source replacement roof lights elsewhere at additional cost to keep the project on track. While Roof-Lights acknowledged inconvenience and offered a small goodwill gesture, they refused to cover the actual costs I incurred as a direct result of their failure to deliver as repeatedly confirmed. If your project depends on accurate delivery information, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. The communication, follow-through and lack of customer care were extremely disappointing.

Was very pleased with my delivery. Informed about the time coming, and the delivery man was excellent. Helped with putting it in a safe place, as builders had left. . Ordered one day. Delivered the next day. Great experience. Perfect.

2 units were ordered. Only 1 delivered. The other was out of stock but not communicated. The company were unaware of the stock issue until I queried. There was a delay while the missing unit was sourced. The second unit was requested for delivery before 3pm so people where available to unload which was a heavy unwieldy and fragile package . The delivery time was reflected in the DNote. When the delivery had not turned by 5pm I phoned Clintonia transport. I was advised the delivery would be made around 6pm as the driver had experienced delays. I arranged with a neighbour to help unload. By the time the delivery arrived, about 7:30pm the neighbour had gone out and I had to knock on several doors to help move the unit. The products look fine and have just been fitted. Unless there are any subsequent issues they appear good value for money. I was going to award 3 stars but have decided on 4 as the product clearly is the main thing

The 600 x 900 roof light should be called 700 x 400 as this is the actual size of the visible area. The photos don’t show this on the website either. It’s in the description but the title and photograph are misleading.

Couriers weren't good. As they running late they cancelled it and then took two days to reschedule. Promised me mid day delivery and then we're running late and tried to cancel again. I said it wasn't good enough so they were eventually dropped about 6pm a week after ordering. So much for 48 hour delivery!! Went from a heat wave to rain before they arrived! Not impressed!!!

Great product at a decent price, delivery was quick, although wasn’t informed about needing to help unload from the courier. Otherwise great product.

For me, this is pretty much the best supplier around. As a builder I always collaborate with them as their glass speaks for itself. Simply they never disappointed and always offered me the best deals for my clients.

They were quick to answer all my technical questions and delivered fast. Can t complain about the rooflight either as the builder installed it in no time and assured me it s top quality.
