Only had the product installed a year and a half ago and none of the three power banks will charge more. Initially we thought it was the cord which is why we purchased new chords and then we were informed that the lithium batteries in the power bank are no good and we need to buy a new power banks! Completely overrated product if I need to replace power banks every 1 to 2 years.
