Replacement remote control
When looking to replace the remote control it was a shock to realise the old remote control was in fact a danger as it could catch on fire. . . it did get very hot when charging. A discount to replace the 3 wall mounts would have been appropriate in this instance. Having said that I couldn't fault the customer service and the installation instructions.
