ROKA customer service is pure excellence. Emailing response timing is very quick, and the care written into the emails is genuine. They actually address you as an individual customer and not an impersonal corporate jargon script. This company wants you to be happy and satisfied with their products and with their customer service. They want you to have success using their products when you train and race. If I could give ROKA a hundred stars I would.

I’m extremely satisfied with my order and the whole experience with ROKA. Shipping was incredibly fast, and everything arrived perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. What really stands out, though, is the service. The ROKA team is always available, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can feel that they care about the people and their experience, not just about selling products. That makes a huge difference!

I will put this in as many reviews as I can. Outstanding customer service excellent product zero mobility issues over the shoulders and if you’re in between a size on the sizing chart or just at the beginning of the size of go one size down for that snug fit.
