I had an outstanding experience with ROKA Multisport customer service, especially with Will, who took the time to give me genuinely thoughtful and personalized advice when I was searching for the right wetsuit. Instead of giving a generic recommendation, Will carefully considered my racing background, swim level, strengths, and areas I’m currently working on, and explained in detail why a specific model would suit me best both now and as I continue to improve as a swimmer. He also gave specific sizing guidance which helped as I am in-between sizes when looking at the size chart. It was clear that he invested time and effort into the response, which I truly appreciated. I was also impressed by the fast response times and the friendly, professional communication throughout the entire exchange even when I had follow-up questions via email rather than the generic contact form. Great customer service like this really stands out nowadays. Huge thanks to Will and the ROKA team!!!
