I was disappointed I couldn't exchange shoes. I bought them on the recent Buy 1, Get 1 free sale. I bought the same size in both pairs (the size that fits me in RDogs I already own. ) One pair was too big and one was too small. Since I couldn't exchange them, I had to return them both. I'll may try again during a future sale.
