Shipping was very quick although even though I had ordered royal shipping I wasn't able to track my order, thankfully I felt comfortable it was in the right hands. I love the jewelry, it's always getting complimented when I'm out and about. I love the detailing and the quality of the products, they aren't irritating to my ears. Also the motives are just very very cute and customer service works well, I like the chat function!
