Shame one item damaged and put in bin was no use

The jewellery I bought is absolutely beautifully made, and the person I gifted it to absolutely loved it. It made such a stunning gift. I did have a small issue with the postage, which was nothing to do with Robin Valley - the Post Office didn't know which part of the country KW postcode is! Despite this, their customer service was second to none — they were an absolute delight to deal with and resolved everything quickly and professionally. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again.
