The shoes are the best in quality, design and comfort, but the return and/or exchange policy is difficult and a long process. I am still waiting for instructions on 4 pairs I need to return for a larger size. I have been using Robeez shoes for my grandchildren, nieces and friends' children. Please make your policy easier to deal with. I would like to keep buying Robeez shoes for my little ones. Thank you
