I understand good things take time. But three weeks is a long period without any status updates about the progress. Although the delivery time is long, with minimal updates on progress. I have to say that I absolutely love the chair! It’s made very well and sits very very good.

Grate chairs. . . . . Worth the wait. . . . But terrible delivery experience. . . . At first I was looking on the website to check out how long it would take to deliver, I found something somewhere saying it should be delivered within 5 days. . . 2 weeks later my chair was delivered to the delivery company in Germany, 3 weeks after that they contacted me to choose a delivery date. A week after that, the most amazing chair in the world, got in my possession and it could start feeling the warmth of my but :) Working has never felt better.

They allowed me to take advantage of one of their promo offers one day after it expired because I could not access their website the previous day. Absolute top notch customer support, it felt like they value their customers a lot.

Chairs have delivery time 2-3 weeks. Now it is 4th week already and no chair, no information, no update. I paid 1250 EUR for a chair and the company can't even deliver on time. No message saying sorry. Very disappointed with the service.

Amazing service and quality!

The chair itself (Steelcase Gesture) is much better than absolutely amazing, incredible and the most comfortable chair that I ever can imagine. I just don't have enough words to express my delightfulness. Bit thanks and my deep respect to the engineers who designed it. The delivery was faster than 3 weeks actually, it took 2 and a half weeks.

Recently received my irder, which took exactly 3 weeks from placement to delivery. Very little visibility into the process, but I trusted the system would work for me (a bit more transparency would bring ease of mind). Mounting it was very easy and I could start using the product in less than 30 mins. Did a few adjustments and I am happy with the lumbar support and level of full back support.

The chair is what i am looking for. sits comfortably and solves my RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) problem.

Had to wait 7 weeks. Original time was 2/3 weeks. Third party logistics problems, which wasn't known from the start, so it was a bit weird waiting without knowing what was going on. Wasn't really steelcase fault, so hope it doesn't happen a lot.

Service was great, although it would have been perfect if it had some more communication (for example, the delivery window was 2 to 8 weeks, and when shipment was out, no tracking was provided). It's too early to talk about the chair itself, but it looks nice.

The service was excellent! The chair was delivered in 2 weeks and it was already assembled. The quality of the chair is very good, looks professional and feels very comfortable!

I ordered a chair from the website. Everything goes well and I already made an appointment with the local dealer to have it delivered. At the time of writing this review, my chair is not delivered yet. My one star review is solely based on their backoffice. I’ve requested a company invoice. Waiting for almost 3 weeks now, have sent 3 reminders and in the mean time they have sent me an invoice of someone else including name and address. Haven’t heard of them ever since.

The service was very good, people delivered the chair in time and took the old chair with them. Also the scheduling of the delivery was well negotiated.

Tyler Sutton was outstanding from the get-go! He walked me through the entire process and always had time to answer my questions. Even when he was out of town for an emergency, he made sure to stay in touch with me and speed me through everything. Could not recommend Tyler and CREFCo higher!
