I adore your products, RMS! My makeup bag is currently about 90% RMS products, and for a makeup junkie like me, that's saying a lot. Your rewards system is so very generous, and greatly appreciated! One thing I do find a bit frustrating (and I'm thinking, I can't be the only one on this) is how the reward points get logged in and out of our account. Example: I have to reach out to customer service to get points put back into my account if for some reason I choose not to get that particular item. They never seem to mind, so sweet, but it seems like this is something that the system should allow us to be able to do. Just a little frustrating doing emails back and forth for this. Other than that, love you to bits, RMS!! Keep at it, Rose Marie!!
