No complaints whatso ever. RMS IS FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!

You guys goofed up and put the wrong lip pencil color name in your promo, so I ordered the wrong one, but other than that, everything was absolutely perfect as always. I think you’re wonderful.

I LOVE the mascaras by RMS. Having used SO many different brands over the years, from drugstore to pricey luxury brands ( with disappointing results) I was thrilled to get perfect lashes after using RMS, and in a clean formula to boot. Win-Win. I honestly thought the "no clumping" statement was just a marketing gimmick, but it's true. This is the first mascara I have ever used in 30 years that does not cause clumping. RMS you are pure magic!

Always amazing service

I love RMS!! Beautiful products that work very well on mature skin.

Oreriing online was easy and the price is very fair. Delivery was quick and everthing was very efficiently done.

It would have been helpful to know that the product had been delivered to the collection point, as I heard nothing after an email saying it was ready to ship. I only found out about delivery by going back into my emails and checking the tracking information.

I am always delighted by the fast delivery and excellent discounts with the loyalty program.

Always amazing! 🤩

Really happy with my experience with RMS! My order arrived in less than a week to Europe, and the whole ordering and delivery service was excellent.

Excellent service.

Best customer service anywhere!!

Fantastic customer sevice.

Love RMS!

I love RMS products! The formulas are unlike anything I have ever tried, I know I will repurchase over and over. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I don’t find the complexion products are cool toned, despite their description. It’s been challenging finding a foundation shade from RMS. Unfortunately none of the shades work for me, even when mixed together. I do hope the shade range broadens in the future, with TRUE cool shades rather than yellow based shades labelled “cool”.

Fast, efficient shipping

I adore most of my past purchases

If you have any questions or need help with color suggestions they respond. Very helpful.
