Shipping to Europe takes about a week or a little more but it’s definitely worth the wait. Everything went smoothly, from ordering to delivery, and I’m very happy with the products and overall service. So far a really good experience!

I love RMS, they do a great job advertising and promoting their products. Consistent with them email updates, and promotions. I love the consultation service offered. Sometimes video quality can be low. But it’s nice to get help from specialist right in the comfort of your own home.

Great service for great products

Great, shipped in a very timely manner. Although in one of the eyeshadow palettes, one colour is dislodged from its spot, so I don't know if that happened in shipping or if it was already like that before. So the quality control of how each individual shadow sits securely in its little spot might need to be evaluated. I'm lucky it wasn't broken but now have to be very careful as to when I use that pallet as to not disturb that one because of the color color could easily break
