RMS' Customer Service has been so helpful the couple of times I've reach out to them. The 1st time was in regards to a cracked container and recently in regards to a defective dispenser. Both time their responses were quick and included detailed instructions on steps to rectify the issues. Other companies could take lessons from them.

I love RMS products and LOVE watching Rosemarie offer instructions on how to apply. The RMS loyalty program is great building monetary incentives!
