Played beautifully right out of the box and the customized diffuser disc was a very nice touch! Shows well, plays well and sounds awesome! A great Piece of Canadiana right here, will play it with pride! Love it!!

I am playing mostly acoustic these days and switched to a wood pick last year. In my opinion, the difference in tone and feel from wood vs nylon was astounding. I could not believe the difference. Then I came across the Riversong picks and my mind was blown again. They are now my new guitar pick and I expect this to be the case forever moving forward. The feel of them is spectacular. I have tested this at length by playing nylon vs old wood pick vs Riversong. Anything other than the Riversong pick now feels numb and unresponsive in my fingers. For me the difference is profound. I have tried different sizes but I prefer the . 80 mm size but I may still experiment with the 1. 0 and . 6 sizes. My review can be summed up as 5 Stars, Highly Recommend.

Adjustment hole needed to be finished deeper. Just a suggestion maybe a reason for it.

Overall, I would have to say that my experience in dealing with Riversong Guitars was nothing short of excellent. I ordered my guitar and case online and thought that I was done. Later that evening, I looked at some of the other items that they were offering. To my surprise I found that they offered a Tusq/Nubone upgrade (Top nut, bridge saddle, and pins) with free installation on any purchased guitar. I usually end up doing this myself after a few months of owning a new guitar and I know what it costs to get the parts, plus I have to do it myself. So I quickly decided that I wanted it done at the factory and sent them an email to add this upgrade to my order. Luckily, it was not too late and Dawn told me that my order has already been flagged for this upgrade. All that was left for me to do was make the order. Just to be sure of the process, I decided to call them to confirm everything. I spoke with Dawn and she assured me that my order will be processed as I want. The next business day my order was shipped! When my guitar arrived, it was indeed exactly what I ordered and was well packed. The guitar was even still in tune! LOL! Excellent customer service! They have earned my highest recommendation and I will not hesitate to refer my friends to Riversong Guitars.
