I shopped for the first time at Rival and I haven’t had a chance to test the gloves yet, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quick shipping and especially the Black Friday 30% discount. They also included surprise free gifts - a Rival towel and bag! It was a very lovely gesture and a nice touch :) The only drawback is a slightly expensive shipping fixed at £5, even for items priced only £7. I would’ve made more orders but the shipping is just too inflated. Other than that, very happy with my purchase!

With all the Black Friday madness the gloves went missing but as soon as I contacted them they solved problem instantly. Can’t fault them. Still my favourite gloves

Customer support was disappointing and inconsistent. After receiving the wrong size gloves, I contacted support expecting a clear and responsible solution. Instead, I received multiple justifications: first blaming a factory issue, then suggesting the gloves might be a different model in the same color, followed by other explanations. None of these answers addressed the real issue — a product was sent that I did not order and that is not even available as an option on the website. Rather than taking ownership of the mistake, support focused on explanations instead of solutions, leaving me with no fair resolution. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this level of customer support is far below expectations
