I first found Rinse at a kiosk at Disney Springs. I’ve been using the deodorant balms for years and just love them and the scents. They are not gummy or sticky, leave no residue and it doesn’t take a lot to do the job. My husband now also uses them. I love Rinse products and they are very personable and friendly to order from and correspond with. Shipments always fast and I feel like they really do appreciate me as a customer.

The relaxation bundle & mini soap gift and handling was great from your business. However the USPS shipping took over 2 weeks instead of 5-6 days. USPS shipment & delivery communication wasn’t timely, causing much anxiety. I’ve had some poor experiences including lost shipments from the USPS during busy holidays. As a suggestion to offer other shipper options other than USPS for delivery would be appreciated. I love your products, dedication & service. I hope to order again soon.
