I have shopped in store. The line outside is annoying and not always called for. When it was finally "my turn" - there was more than one associate available to help. That said, once in, the service was fast and efficient and I'm v happy with my purchase, just the right amount of sparkle.

I bought this as a gift and it’s perfect. It’s a very fine, dainty gold chain with a beautiful diamond horseshoe. Great craftsmanship at a very reasonable price.

I bought it in store while I was in New York. It was quick and easy purchase.

Disappointed - Lost it while doing daily chores I bought this gold bracelet because it was advertised as durable enough to wear all the time, including during activities like baking and gardening. Unfortunately, it did not live up to that promise. The clasp/closure failed during daily use, the bracelet fell off without me noticing, and now it is completely lost. If you are looking for a reliable piece of jewelry that you can truly wear 24/7 without worrying you might have to look somewhere else.
