My last interaction with customer service went nicely as I was able to replace my tennis bracelet that arrived broken. Once my replacement arrived, and I wore it out for the first time it fell off my wrist because the clasp doesn’t work. Thankfully, I was paying attention and was able to save myself $3000 from a lost tennis bracelet. Super disappointed with a super poor quality bracelet.
