The item was made to order to it did take about 2 months but that was communicated to me at the time of purchase and I received updates via email when the item was nearly complete. I like a made to order item too because it feels special to me. Also love that even though it is made to order, I had the option to return if I needed.

Everything with RC is always super smooth. Customer service is truly unparalleled, both over email and social media, always kind, fast, responsive, and helpful. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to include the gold weight for solid gold pieces, so customers can better assess whether to go for that piece or consider upgrading to a diamond version if the gold weight is lighter.
