I had very good first
I had very good first time shopping experience with the brand. I purchased the jewelry online. Shipping was very fast. I called a local store and the sales manager (Belle) was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable with helping me select the correct size.

I ordered a 2 carat
I ordered a 2 carat tennis bracelet with the intention to wear it on my wedding day and pass down as a sentimental heirloom piece as it’s a bigger jewelry purchase than I’ve ever made. It said it would ship in 6-8 weeks but after 8 weeks, I had heard nothing (which is frustrating even if there was no deadline, given the investment made). After 9 weeks, I reached out and was assured it would ship the following week. The following week, I still had heard nothing so reached out AGAIN and was told it would ship the next week. That same day they followed up saying it would not ship until mid November, and would not arrive in time for my wedding. They made no effort to make things right or offer alternative solutions. At that point it was less than one week before my wedding leaving no time to find make a new plan. I asked what was in stock and this was one of two pieces they could commit to getting to me in time. I don’t mean to sound ungrateful as I did have a bracelet on my wedding day, but it was not the one I had envisioned. If they had told me at week 8 they it would not ship for another month, I could have canceled my order and made other plans but they continued to string me along, holding onto a significant amount of my money. I don’t know how they can take so much money from paying customers and then say nothing. It definitely added an unnecessary and expensive stress the week of my wedding.

I received an email advertisement for the coil bangle and the price was $200 lower than what I saw when I opened the website. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed the advertised price ($1998) and told me my device and location could affect the pricing I was seeing aka I was being charged MORE because I live in Miami and was a long time RC customer. I tried clearing my cache and cookies and still could not purchase the bangle at the advertised $1998 price. I gave up frustrated. Now months later I tried again and continued to have the same issue. Customer service AGAIN CONFIRMED the $1998 price. Then on their next response told me the price had increased and was now $2198. They would not honor the price I was advertised or confirmed multiple times, regardless of having spent over $10,000 with RC. This is really poor customer service and I'm disgusted that RC will not honor the advertised and confirmed price.

Love love & Love ! I got my initial & my husbands to wear with my Irish emerald . The diamonds stand out as brilliantly as does my mini diamond bracelet. Super quality & fantastic quality as always RC -Can see the individual setting behind the letters of each diamond! Was happy to pay full price as was still reasonable! If grab a sale all the better . Perfect new mom gift or for yourself!
