I must admit, the order process was not super smooth. I ordered a light from the Bargin area, (last item) and completed the purchase. Only to find out the item sold before I completed my transaction. Or the system didn't update beforehand. The local retail owner reached out to me and made it right. Item shipped within 24 hours with tracking and at my door overnight. I am pleased with the service and quality of the light bar. Will be doing business again here.

I feel like I was misled, I assumed that based on your company name, you were part of Rigid Industries. My purchase experience was fine, but I feel that your company has deliberately chosen the company name that you use for the sole purpose of taking business from Rigid Industries.

Stellar customer service. Extremely personable and guided me on outfitting my truck with a personal phone call that lasted 30 min. Cleaned up my order and cut a few items that I didn’t know I didn’t need and saved me a lot of money! Lights arrived in a very timely manner!

Excellent customer service, ordered two light pods that came with hardware ,mount and brackets, plus ordered to mounts for some older pods i had, they called me to tell me they wouldn't work with the lights I ordered, explained my situation, thanks for calling me to check before sending out. That doesn't happen very often. Thanks again outstanding service

Very helpful when I had to call

Showed up quickly, unfortunately never got the chance to install on my truck as the aftermarket (unaffiliated with Rigid Light Shop) bracket I had was terrible. Return process was easy and was very thankful for that! Will be a customer in the future.
