I would have said great, for my experience, except for the fact that they requested my vin for a very common part (power outlet), that was specifically listed for my car. It may have held up delivery for perhaps a day. The part was great and worked perfectly. You know what, I am changing it to great.

They wanted a VIN number that I didn’t have and that slowed down the process. Why I didn’t have a VIN number? Because the parts are going into a complete different make and model. After that was cleared up, everything went like planned.
