I ordered front brake pads a few weeks ago and they came and had no problem. I then ordered rear brake pads. This time the box came destroyed and the brake grease had exploded all over the brake pads. I sent an email stating this along with some pictures, however, I didn’t hear anything from anyone. To my understanding grease should never be on the brake pads. They are useless and it was a waste of money. I will resend the pictures here.

I needed an armrest assembly for my 2007 Ford Ranger. Surprisingly, Ford discontinued the part and for at least two years I have been trying to locate. I had given up and had decided that an auto salvage yard was probably my only option. Using ChatGPT, I found RFD Autoparts. They had the exact part I needed and shipped it to me in less than a week. The grill assembly arrived in perfect condition. The box and packing materials were of high quality. They use a thick wall corrugated cardboard. I appreciate their efforts to ensure that parts reach us in the same condition as when leaving the factory.

They were quick to reply by email but didnt even give me 24 hrs after asking for the vehicle vin number before they went ahead & shipped the part out which was not for the rear left as i had double checked i did order correctly (even though they say i didnt but i took screenshots) but instead I received a front right then was told they dont do exchanges but that they could send the "correct" part which was estimated at almost the same exact price but I would also have to pay in advance for it also & without having supplied them with the vin number I have to pay a 25% restocking fee on any returns so no im not taking the chance of it being the wrong part again & paying another restocking fee. What a scam i thought i was saving money but am out more plus apparently still have to pay a higher amount to buy the part local or direct from the auto company. What a hassle!

Initially I had complications placing the order since several times they told me they could not deliver to my home, so I lost several days without a vehicle, but after a communication It was achieved, the telephone service was excellent and just as they said it arrived very well, the perfect replacement.
