I would have said great, for my experience, except for the fact that they requested my vin for a very common part (power outlet), that was specifically listed for my car. It may have held up delivery for perhaps a day. The part was great and worked perfectly. You know what, I am changing it to great.

The part I received was incorrect, because I ordered the wrong part . I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue promptly with very good communication. They understood what happened and when they replied , it included a return label for the part , refund details and a link to an order for the correct product. Would highly recommend their business. They wanted a VIN number that I didn’t have and that slowed down the process. Why I didn’t have a VIN number? Because the parts are going into a complete different make and model. After that was cleared up, everything went like planned.
