Had to return my first pair as I'd misjudged the waist size but Jon and the team were on point and super helpful - even replying to my query email on a Saturday afternoon - and did the exchange for the price I paid that had included a discount code. Exchange was completed super easily and quickly, and I'm now the happy owner of a beautifully made and great looking pair of utility pants - shame it's shorts season now but they'll be getting a lot of wear when it gets colder! I had spotted these Utility Pants when they were released, but not knowing of the brand as such, I was reluctant to make a purchase. When they appeared in the sale, it made life a bit easier and I took they plunge. What a great decision, the quality of the trousers is superb, the cut and feel of the material awesome and the after sales information regarding delivery is great too. The packaging also is of the highest quality. I'll be regularly checking out the website from now on.
