Experienced this brand at a hotel in NYC last February. Like sleeping on a cloud. Snapped a photo of the label so I could find the manufacturer. Ordered two as soon as I got home. Like no pillow I’ve had before. Just the right amount of plushness and firmness. Even my cat loves them.

Customer service was fantastic

No complaints with service and shipping was pretty fast. I stayed at a 4 star resort and they had these revolve. . . down alternative pillow. I bought one but not quite the same feel for some reason. I let it air out for 48 hours and fluff it before bed and if needed in middle of the night. Am I missing a step? How do I obtain the same luxury feel?
