The lenses don't fit my frames, the first set didn't fit, and they are cut differently than my original Maui Jim lenses. Revant sent me a replacement set, which are exactly the same as the first. Neither fit. I tried to ask what they would change on the second set to ensure they fit, and they simply said, "usually just cutting a new set fixes it". I'm sorry, what? Don't waste your money on this trash.

I got Replacement Lenses for Ray-Ban Mr. Burbank RB2283 52mm, and at first glance they look great, but they don't fit snug in the frame and they smudge and scratch very easily. I've only had them a few weeks and they look like garbage.

After cataract surgery I needed to change the lenses in my prescription sunglasses to non prescription polarized mirrored lenses. It was very easy to change the lenses and the needed tools were included with 2 of 3 pairs I changed! BRAVO Revant Optics!

Just purchased a set of new lenses for my sunglasses. Service and delivery was great. No complaints. However after only a few weeks I've noticed a small Crack developing on one lens. It's starting right at the inner edge by the frame. There are no scratches or obvious trauma to the lens or frame, rather it seems like a stress fracture. I find this odd because the frames are plastic and dont completely surround the lens so there should be no stress? My original lenses lasted 5 yrs and a i only replaced them as they were prescription and I've had Lazer surgery so wanted nonprescription lens. Disappointing.

Whatever the issue is, talking to a customer care repesentative should not be that difficult. Replacement lenses for my Costa glasses arrived and did not fit the glasses. My first reaction was not to go to my devices and do everything online. I wanted and tried to talk to someone about what to do. While the company saves money by not employing people to help customers, you risk losing customers like myself because of the extra challenges I face getting my issue resolved. I dont want to send an email and wait a day for your response. I want to get this issue resolved ASAP. What is wrong with that?

I scratched one of the lens of my favorite Oakley sunglasses I decide to try to replace them and ordered a set from Revana. I couldn’t be happier with them. They fit perfectly and there are no distortions. They actually may be clearer than the originals. Would definitely recommend them.

I was under the impression I was ordering lenses for my oakleys. Flak 2XL. This was not what I received. No big deal I thought but I wanted to return them and get the right ones. I cannot find anywhere on the site to return them and get the right ones.
