I have never used this service before, but my old NES Nintendo broke (blinking light of death after being dropped). I had a look at getting a new one which were horribly expensive so took a leap of faith & sent off my broken console to hopefully get fixed. I spoke to Darren who had excellent service and communication and explained everything, took the time to make sure I understood the process, was quite cost effective and great communication. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this service again. Thank you.

Darren and the crew were amazing. I have a 20yo Original Xbox that had stopped working and I've had it in storage. I recently set it up to play and it was faulty., so I sent it in for repair. Darren was communicative throughout the whole process, and let me know about the work that had to be done to get my console up and running. Before I knew it I had it back all working perfectly. The quality of workmanship is just fantastic - they even placed covers over the holes they needed to make in the original stickers, to preserve its original look! I can't recommend Darren and Retro Sales Australia enough - seriously, if you have an older console that needs repairing and you want it worked on by a team that actually care about the quality of their work and keeping the console in original condition, just send it here - you'll be glad you did.
