After contacting support they never got back to me. I don't want these items anymore. Customer service is very lacking. Do not buy from them. Horrible Customer service, left me in the dark for 10+ days about my refund

Shipping is a joke, my package had been sitting in the same location for 3 weeks and no one responds when I reach out asking for a simple update or re-shipment. Your products may be good, but your customer service is a seriously lacking.

Good products and fast shipping

Shipping was fast and efficient. Communication was great between the order and arrival of products.

My package was delivered late despite paying for expedited shipping, and the bandages were ruined from the inside. They were soaking wet and the packaging was torn.
