In all honesty, I don't feel dramatically different after about 2 weeks to taking these vitamins. However, all of the subtle differences I've noticed have been positive, including a noticeable increase in stamina and sustained energy, as well as improved gut health. I would recommend that anyone who is considering vitamin supplements to at least give this one a shot.
