Great multivitamin. Has about everything in it you could possibly need, and unlike a lot of others, it actually tastes good.

I have been using the Emerson vitamin for well over a year now. Although I may not have scientific data to back my review, I can attest to the fact that I do believe that the vitamins do indeed do what they purport to do — which is to help fill the gaps where our modern diets fall short. In my late 40s, I began to experience health-related issues that caught me off guard. Various symptoms and blood test results showed that some of my issues could be related to deficiencies in certain vitamins and nutrients, and I had never consistently taken a vitamin supplement up to this point. When I first learned of the Emerson vitamin, I realized that I was currently taking several of the ingredients as stand-alone supplements, so I decided to try it, hoping that one pill could take the place of numerous others. Since taking the Emerson vitamin, I can honestly say that I do feel better. I even believe it has helped my immune system as I’ve gotten sick much less than I did the year prior to taking the vitamins. I still try to eat right and exercise, but I do believe that the vitamins have helped. I will continue to use them until I have reason to believe otherwise.

Great value and great product. I only take one pill a day, rather than the recommended two just to stretch one can out to two months. But even taking one pill a day, I notice a boost in energy - even if I don't sleep well the night before, I don't have the afternoon crash as I did when I wasn't taking this supplement. One of my shipments was also damaged, so when I contacted Responsible Man, they sent me a replacement shipment with no problems.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety for much of my life, but after I started taking Emerson, my depression and anxiety have both been reduced in duration and severity. My wife has noticed a positive difference and insists that I need to keep taking Emerson vitamins.

I like the service being able to skip orders since i am horrible at remembering to take my vitamins everyday. I also like the fact that the flavor masks a bit of the Vitamin B flavor I typically taste in most multi vitamins.
