not happy with the mask and over charged

I had a very good experience at ResMed. Helen explained my sleep test results clearly and she advised me to see my GP before deciding to trial renting a CPAP machine. I really appreciated that she didn’t push the hire. I spoke to my GP who advised a trial which I did.

Sandy is always friendly and ready help. Nothing is too much trouble……. Very rare now days

This mask has reduced night time noises from the mask but according to the data performs poorly on mask seal averaging a 1 to 3 out of 20 score. I have tried to improve this but it seems to continue to score poorly.

For such a reputable brand, this pillow was no where near up to the expected quality.

Absolutley hate the mask …must have got the wrong size . I have used the Resmed for over 20 years . I think the measuring chart was inadequate
