Color was perfect match and cut perfectly. The blinds are a little thin but other than that they are great.

These slats were just the right shade of white for the window I was re-doing, but the weight didn't seem as heavy as in the sample I bought.

The slats are beautiful and came out just as I had hoped. I did not find the customer service as helpful as other reviews. Hard to get a hold of customer service on the phone. I wanted to order the return of the valance purchased. I was told I had to order at the time of original order, it not it was too late. I re-looked at the website to see where that option is located at and was not able to find it even after the fact. I offered to pay for the return piece, I was basically told to order the 12" piece and cut it myself.

I measure our existing slats 3 times. When I received the replacement slat, they looked good but were a half inch too short.

Bought the replacement slats for my vertical blinds. Am happy with them,. Color is exactly what I wanted. Only caveat would be, they aren't as "fabric-ey" as the original ones. Almost have a paper feel to them. But it was definitely less expensive than changing the whole unit.

The original valances on my verticals had seriously discolored. Replacements were excellent. Good company to work with. Glad I discovered them.

The clips included were too big.. wish clip size options were offered. Otherwise very happy with my replacement slats and the valance.

Service was quick, precise and exactly what I was looking for.

They are economical and they look great!

I’m so happy. I needed 7 vertical blinds for a window in my condo. They were cut to the right measurements and I received them 12 days after my order. My price was about $17.00. Can you imagine what a blind dealer in town would have charged me?!? I urge everyone to use ReSlat.com.

Prior to ordering the slats, I ordered samples to see the colors in person. The slats we chose were exactly the same as the sample. The quality of the blinds is excellent for the price. Some minor imperfections with the sewing but mostly along the clip line so it is covered by the glance once installed. Communication was not the best...I didn't receive a shipping confrontation email until I called, then received the product the next day. Also received my order in 2 parts but was not given shipping information on the 2nd package. That said, both packages arrived in a timely fashion (within 3 weeks of placing the order) and were packed very well to prevent damage in transit. Overall, would recommend for affordable replacement blinds and would use again.
