It was the first time ordering from them. When the Oder was received it was incomplete. After a call they did correct it. The customer service was great. Unfortunately the product not so much. It was given as a gift and when they used the shower bombs there was no fragrance to be had.

Always have a great experience with Repose. They are a great company. Quality product (heated masks) at a great price. Much better quality than some others I have tried. I don’t bother anymore. Just buy Repose. Their melatonin gummies are great too.

I have used the facial
I have used the facial masks and like them very much. I ordered several other products which I am looking forward to using, too. I am not happy about the shipping, because it is stalemated in Denver, Co & I live in Washington. I have been waiting for the package since January 23 and today is January 29. (USPS says package is pending acceptance) Everyday I check the tracking # and it remains the same. I don't have a number to call you to check on it. Hopefully the package is not lost.

Sooo nice!
I had very long and stressful day! I came home and watched some tv to try and unwind then got a tension headache! I saw my sample for the heat eye mask ! I put it on and it was soooo relaxing! My headache faded away and I fell asleep! I ordered more the next day!
