Found the website and app useful but being able to still email special pick-up instructions was good. Didn't need to use the phone but glad to have it just in case.

Great service and product as always, I have rented sat phones with RASP for a few years now and the experience has been always very good

We used this phone for work in a remote area with no mobile coverge in the Pilbara for which we had to make regular safety call ins. Calls from the RASP phone didn't go through. Yes, we followed the isntructions.
