Sent a card to my brother who's teaching in Chengdu. First time he's actually received a physical birthday message from me in years. Delivery time was super quick, despite ordering last minute! Communication and ease of use were A+++, will definitely use Rén gifts again :)

Wonderful customer service! Personal communication through every step, I was also able to add a card with a personalised message after I had placed the order. The recipient also sent me a photo of the gift basket and it was beautiful in a hamper basket, not a box like I thought it might be. Very happy.
