The rengifts. com staff/customer service reps are *amazing*. I had many questions. They were all answered quickly, professionally, and with care. I mean really. I was surprised at the level of masterful competence they showed in our multiple communications via chat and email. I genuinely haven't experienced this high level of service from any online delivery shop, let alone any online service, before this order.
