I was surprised at the level of masterful competence they showed in our multiple communications via chat and email. I genuinely haven't experienced this high level of service from any online delivery shop, let alone any online service, before this order. The gift(s) were delivered on-time and coordinated with the recipient around their availability at their office. And having seen photos of the gifts after delivery - were beautifully arranged.
