Found Ren Gifts online as I wanted o send my Granddaughter who is in China a gift for Easter, amazing service, great admin team especially Sue, I was kept up to date with emails, I wasn’t sure when my Granddaughter would be in but they contacted her and arranged an evening delivery, beautiful gift I even received an email to say it was delivered and a photo - will use again.

I ordered a custom scarf for my wife in China. I needed something i could purchase while I was in the US and she was in Shanghai. I ordered the scarf and the process was easy. There was a problem with shipping on time as they couldn't expedite the shipping. I was issued a refund of the extra shipping. There was then a problem with quality of the custom item and they sent it back to be made right. The result was the gift was extremely late in getting to her and it missed her birthday. In the end it arrive and was perfect and of very high quality. Through it all, the company kept me well inform and apologized for the delays. Things happen and they were very forthcoming with information. I will use them again.
