Ordering was easy and I selected Renewable Home because of that fact. No issues with shipment and customer service was very good.

Received on time and in good order. Have been up and running for 2 weeks and all is well. Unit works perfect and was easy to install. It does require 90v pv to run without ac. It will however use whatever pv you harvest when ac is enabled also. Would highly recommend pv panels with high voltage output, 30 to 40 volt per panel. Also here in Florida we get lots of sun but lots of clouds also so panels that work well in low light situations recommended if running only on pv. I am completely off grid and can confirm this unit is perfect for off grid applications.

Making an internet purchase for over $10,000 can be a bit daunting. It is a bit scary to give that much money to a company that you have never dealt with and have only seen online. I live in the US Virgin Islands;getting 800 lbs of 48v 100 AH batteries shipped to a Caribbean island is not easy. Artur worked tirelessly with the vendor and their warehouse to get my product shipped. While there were some delays, he stuck with it, and made it happen. I've finally received the EG4 LL Server Rack kit, and it is beautiful. The kit came well packaged. Assembly and hook-up was straightforward. From the very first night, our battery pack was producing 15-21 kW of power, to run AC in three off-grid cottages.
