Arrived on time and works great!

My first order was sent to the wrong address, which included a battery, a charger and the battery tray, after contacting Renewable home that I didn’t receive these items they checked and confirmed it was their mistake and made it all good by making it right for me, the customer by only charging me for the battery only ! Thanks for your outstanding customer service !

first I text Laura and told her I would like a three Epoch battery delivery at the end of July but next thing I see is my credit card was charged The $3777 and batteries got delivered about 9 days latter on June 25. what did she not understand about the end of July. then one of the batteries wouldn't charge. she wanted me to find a container and bring the 85 pound batter to the nearest UPS. then called a couple days latter to tell me I have to call Epoch myself. Now I'm dealing with them. I even offered to buy another battery and return the bad one but, she said I'd have to pay for shipping and $30 restocking fee. never again

Free shipping and on sales always helps with expensive batteries! I will buy from them again!

Installed on a 2004 Yamaha G22. It took me almost 12 hours to install , but only because I had to rework the hole for the plug and also made a stand for the power, the 12 volt converter, and blue tooth connection. I also had to figure out where all the wires on my cart came from. I had issues connecting to the blue tooth with the app, but did a few google searches and used the epoch pro app, with no issues. I wish there were separate instructions for the 48 to 12 reducer, because I cant get mine to any work on any 12 volt product. I am doing more research. I also wish there were extra red and black battery cables, as I had to use 2 from the kit to replace some on my cart. After making all the above fixes, it only took me about 4 hours to install and place wires where needed. The cart is lighter and goes faster, just what I need for my golf game.

Haven't had a chance to hook them up yet, but they came in perfect condition, very well packaged and protected. Fast delivery and very responsive to my inquiries. Best price I could find also.

Well so far so good But the battery only comes with two small bolts to connect to the rv that's not good when there are multiple cables to connect to it the bolts was only maybe 5/8s of on inch long not good.

Renewable Home is a legit company. With so many dishonest people I was a little worried I was ordering from one but this was NOT the case at all. They called me back even though I didnt leave a VM, were very friendly, and it was an actual American that I got to talk to. If anyone is one the fence or worried about this company let this review serve as a good reason not to be worried.

Battery is great so far. Much more AH and much less space than my two 100AH BBs that I'm replacing that died after 3 years. Batteries are great for a trolling motor and shipped very fast. Renewable home had great communication as well
