I ordered Three items. Two I was very happy with. The third was sent with a head cut off. I sent an email to Remember me asking to have it redone. I have yet to receive a response. LeAnn :-(

The chimes are beautiful and have a great soothing tone.

I’ve used them several times and have been generally pleased until now. On my latest order, it was held because I had not specified a name. I was told that I had received an email telling me that, but I never received it, nor was I shown proof that it had been sent. They were holding the shipment until I responded, but hadn’t checked again in the intervening 5 days. The customer service person was nasty about the issue and was unable to produce the email she claimed had been sent. I will NOT be using them again.

Wrong year of death

I was gifted with two of your plaques after I lost my babies this year, so I ordered one for my daughter & family when they lost their pup recently. The only disappointment was not being able to size my photo and see it after it was uploaded. It was large for the small plaque I ordered so I probably would have chosen one that fit a little better. They still loved it.
