Loved the glass ornament

My gift was beautiful and well made and it was delivered very quickly!

The quality of the bird feeder is poor. There are imperfections in the wood slat used on the top Of the feeder. I am ashamed to send this to the family who buried their 6 year old son. I emailed your support team and have just heard back yet.
