At first I was excited to receive my products but when I didn’t receive my package and contacted to support to no avail.

I love all of the r. e. m. beauty lines. Everything is beautiful, light and just overall enjoyable to use.

My lipstick arrived in poor condition, it was uneven and with a few scratches however it’s a pretty color and creamy.

I miss the r. e. m. beauty boxes that the products used to come in. My box this time and the last time were plain boxes.

A bug flew out of the box I received and the foundation I ordered was broken, spilling all out into the individual packaging. I was then told to pay to send it back and to keep track of the package myself–which makes no sense and is sketchy in itself. I also still don't know how I am supposed to actually return the package. The person I spoke to just told me that I am responsible for it. You guys had a responsibility to send me products in a new, unbroken condition. You failed. Then told me to waste more money. And took no accountability. I still have the photos of the way I received everything originally. It all feels off and wrong and I'm upset about not being able to even try the foundation and I feel like I am at least owed a free return slip–at the very least. Are you able to take this into consideration? Can I speak to someone who can? 

I purchased the new lip balm lipsticks, not impressed and they don’t stay on long. I won’t buy again

the package arrived really quickly even though im in Canada which is really great! the only this is you don’t have a tracking so you don’t know when it arrives and i got it really early in the morning which was really odd but was so happy to unbox it before work
