i love the products!!

It’s a great lip mask but when the package came in it felt half empty

I ordered the Wicked plumping lipgloss, and the lipgloss came completely seperated and oily, and when I requested to return the product for a new one, I was never contacted again :(

Easy to navigate the site. Products are amazing! Shipping to Canada stings but necessary when our retailer doesn’t carry any of the new products.

Refund exchange process is difficult and unreasonable

I didn't have a great first experience with the customer service but when I voiced my concerns to the team they listened and were very helpful.

I was disappointed with the customer service provided. And I keep getting emails to review products I never received but really wanted. I tried to find a solution that I could still receive those products bout they were not willing to work with me.

This is absurd. I tried emailing 4 times regarding my order and one one responds. The one time someone responded and I responded back with my order number I never got a response back. I paid for a product 2 weeks ago and I never got an update or my order. This is a joke of a company. I want my money back and nothing to do with REM

I am IN LOVE with this lip mask! It smells amazing (like cake and frosting) AND buttery soft! The metal tip gives it a extra boost! Goes on cool!
