Relax the Back - Plantation, FL
I want to share my great experience at the Plantation, FL store. Having had a bad back for over 30 years and, even after back surgery (2 rods) in 2023, I seem to be in worse shape now than before the surgery. Finding a comfortable chair has always been difficult but, now, a nightmare to sit at my desk for 8 plus hours a day and getting up (from any chair) has also become a challenge. Karina, the store manager, worked with me, suggested and advised me. She showed patience, knowledge and compassion. Karina has even offered to personally deliver the chair to my office so that she can set it up and fit it specifically for my needs. Who does that? What a wonderful service and all with a smile!

Old Pillow
I purchased the ContourSide Pillow. When received the package had not been securely sealed. After opening the package I took the cover off the pillow to wash. I discovered the memory foam was very sticky and discolored. Pillows purchased from Relax The Back sre not returnable so I donated the pillow. I will think twice before I make a purchase again from Relax The Back.

The neck support did not
The neck support did not work for me like their old one did. This one was not comfortable and did not spread out support like the one I had for years and wore out.

I got this as a
I got this as a passenger footrest for the new car. The rotating board kept sliding off the base, making it useless. An older version of this footrest had the board attached to the base make it work so much better.

Helpful salesman in Encinitas
We visited the Encinitas store to buy a second zero gravity chair for upstairs. Chuck took care of us. He knew every detail about the products we were interested in. He understood the issues with back pain and gave us good advice. He was great!

Exceeded Expectations
I visited the San Antonio store looking for a massage chair to help manage my chronic pain. Jeff and Brian were outstanding—offering helpful, honest answers without any pressure. They were incredibly patient as I took the time to make sure the chair I wanted was the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend visiting this location if you're considering a massage chair.

I’ve been wanting one since 1992 when I just got the simple back chair for work which lasted over 25 years so I’m sure the quality has just as good if not better. Pleased I’m very comfortable in my seat where the seat was just a little bit bigger so me and my five-year-old granddaughter would it be so squished. As well as maybe a key keyboard or tray adapter to help with eating in and maybe actually try to do some work for a change since the spinal surgery.

I went to the Thousand oaks store to purchase a Human Touch Zero gravity chair and was saddened to hear that the store was closing and now my only store would be Studio City going forward. David was unsure of his continued employment but still had a wonderful attitude and even offered me a deal on a floor model at the closing store. After conferring with Pan (the store owner we were able to come to an arraignment that left me feeling lucky to have wandered in that day. I was a little hesitant to purchase a floor model at a closing store however both David and Pam were wonderful and went above and beyond to allow me to understand that while the store was closing I would still have a full warranty and should I need anything Studio City would maintain my relationship. Great people and great service!!!

Poor Customer Service
I spent $5,000 on the Laevo ZG chair from Relax The Back—and it never worked from day one. Customer service has been dismissive, no urgency and disorganized. Despite following all instructions, no one could explain the blinking error lights. I was promised a new remote—then left waiting 10 days due to slow shipping. Meanwhile, the built-in controls failed too, but they refused to send a tech until the new remote arrives. It’s been three weeks, and I still have a non-functioning chair and no real solution. For a premium brand, this is shockingly poor service

okay, though shipping was mixed up and slow. Your directions for the chair assembly should be separated out by chair type. All the steps placing the chair wiring were confusing and useless to me, since I got a manual chair. I hope you might consider producing some sort of "slip cover" to go over the chair because the "plastic" sheathing holds sweat, and one gets a wet back and bottom pretty fast, especially as summer is here.
