I bought these after doing some online review of best cross training shoe. I started a gym class that lifts heavy weights but most of my shoes were for running. After reading that flat bottom shoes are best I wanted to try one. I liked that this shoe still has some support (not barefoot style) which is helpful for portions of the class that include cardio. It’s been a good purchase.
