I bought these shoes for lifting, and am very pleased with my purchase. I can feel my foot on the ground, but they're still supportive on my mile-long walks to and from the gym. They're also really cute! I typically wear a 6. 5 and went up to a 7 in these, and that was the right move.

Reebok Nano X4 one of my favorite CrossFit shoes. The Nano X5 Edge feel very much like the Nano X4, except better. No massive changes; Reebok did not need to reinvent the wheel. The Nano X5 Edge seems to offer a little more upper stability and padding, and the midsole slightly less firm. The latter feature allows the X5 Edge to retain its excellent lifting capacity, while making plyometrics and short runs more comfortable. Overall, Nano X5 Edge is a GREAT CrossFit shoe.

These are great to wear in the office casually they are comfortable and look greats! Loved the brown version with white soles it can work with less casual outfits too. Wish it was more comfortable but they are slimmer shoes so its sort of expected
