Great product never thought about after workout. Would please quit like I did trying to buy the cheaper stuff and spending hundreds of dollars on things that don’t work.

Seems to have the least junk of all the brands I've tried, and not as much stevia aftertaste as the other popular brand. Makes me feel a lot better, and easy to drink. I like mixing 1 scoop of flavored with 1 scoop of unflavored in a liter of water.
