I’ve shopped at Red Dress for years. Overall I’m still a fan but I’ve noticed that the quality of recent pieces I’ve purchased aren’t as high quality as Red Dress used to be. They also don’t do full refunds anymore, only store credit, which could deter customers.

My package was delayed and red dress had the most amazing communication with me through the whole process until the package made it to me. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the customer service is.
