Bummed on the return policy. The quality used to be so much better on Red Dress items - my first item came in smelling funny (like someone had worn it), and the second dress I ordered as an “exchange” was not well made and completely see through. I wish I could return my products for a refund at this point, I really don’t think I’m going to find a quality item on the site.

Not loving Red Dress honestly. I wish I could return! This not being able to return has me on round 3 (of me paying shipping all three times) of new items. The sizing is all over the place and when I like something I can't seem to ever exchange it as it's already sold out. If I could return an item I would buy something I like in multiple sizes to keep the one that actually fits.
