This was my first time purchasing from redcast heritage co and definitely the best online shopping experience I have had ever ,,all my questions were answered quickly and gave me confidence about buying my jeans (the strike gold )as I was unsure about getting the correct size ,,the jeans are totally out of this world and fit perfectly so I am super happy with them ,,I highly recommend REDCAST HERITAGE CO they are really passionate about what they do and take the time to treat the customer with great service and the shipping to Ireland was really quick (2days). Riguardo la giacca di Freenote RJ1 non basta dire bella, toccandola e guardando i suoi dettagli si nota subito il lavoro che c'è dietro. 35 anni fa ho comprato la mia prima giacca di un noto brand americano, altre ne sono seguite, il gusto era distintivo e accattivante. Oggi finalmente dopo molto tempo ho ritrovato lo stesso sapore indossando questo capo. . . Cercare e vedere oltre e' bellissimo. . . This is the second time I’ve purchased from Redcast, and I couldn’t be happier. Fast despatch , good prices and even though I’ve not had to experience their customer service yet- ie no sizing enquiries or any issues with sizing - I’m sure it would be great service. Size charts for the products are accurate and concise, so be confident to go off them. Oh, and theirs always a nice personalised thank you note with each purchase. Touches like that , as you also get with Iron Heart for example, make you feel that you’re appreciated. Be back purchasing again soon👍👍

My initial purchase experience was awesome. Various selections and available sizes with very competitive pricing. Shipping was super fast and even included a hand written note with an enamel pin which was cute. However, because there wasn’t a physical store near where I live that carried the jeans, I couldn’t try them on before purchasing. I looked through the sizing guide but they were all different depending on websites. I ended up buying a pair too big and needed an exchange. I expected there would be a return/exchange shipping charge since the policy said so, but did not know that I’d be paying more than $40. . also the shipping took a little over a week. I don’t know if this makes sense for the business, but it would have been nice if the new pair was sent as soon as the old one was verified shipped. Anyway the overall purchasing experience was good and would come back if I know for sure which size I need to get.
